Consider using the shared kitchen early in the day for coffee and light meals, as it can get busy later.

    worn out mattress

The user-friendly shared kitchen area with complimentary coffee and tea was a good touch, making mornings more enjoyable.

The mattress in Room 4 was quite worn out and uncomfortable, leading to some back pain .

    bed bugs
    thin walls

Absolutely adored the view from my suite, but how could they give me a room with bed bugs? So disgusting! The thin walls made my sleep impossible, listening to those rowdy neighbors all night. I woudl ve been grateful for just a complimentary upgrade or a small gesture from the staff for such an inconvenience, but no luck. Just couldn't recommend this place.

    great location
    communal kitchen
    clean spaces
    inconvenient stairs

The location is prime for exploring, and the communal kitchen was a lifesaver for late-night snacks. We visited the beautiful Belém Tower and indulged at a local café. Be prepared to enter the full address for easy Uber access. Great value for money and clean spaces make it a spot I'd recommend.

Accessing the hotel meant lugging luggage up several stairs, a bit inconvenient. Be ready for that if you have heavy bags!

    river view
    comfy bed
    thin walls

Absolutely adored the river view room! This place is in the perfect location-just a hop away from major sites. Daily cleanings kept things lovely, and the comfy bed made it hard to leave each morning!

I had to use codes to enter-seemed like I was breaking into my own room! Plus, those thin walls meant I was basically sharing a room with my neighbors' conversations.
